Are you using ingredients which will make my pet sick?

Definitely not! Our main goal is to provide wholesome treats for your FURiends using the simplest of ingredients. Like humans, some pets my have allergies or food sensitivities. Always discuss any diet changes with your vet if you have concerns.

Do the treats need to be refrigerated?

Here at FURiends we pride ourselves on the quality of our chosen ingredients. There are no preservatives, additives, chemicals or artificial flavorings. Because we use fresh fruits, vegetables and eggs, you should keep your FURiends treats refrigerated. This will also help preserve their shelf-life!

Why are some of these treats smaller/thinner than others?

Every treat we make is homemade, dough is hand-rolled and shapes hand-cut. Our jerky is also hand-cut from start to finish. Much like snowflakes, no two treats are the same. Machines are able to provide exact replicas of treats, but there are no machines here! Sometimes there may be subtle differences, but rest assured, the recipe remains exact. I can't say the same for my muscles each day as I roll out the dough!

Can I request special orders?

Of course! Special occasion cakes, treats, or pupcakes are always fun. Looking for a certain item from Up Country or a personalized collar with your FURiends name - we can do that! Just drop us an email and we'll help find that perfect gift.
